Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of customer dissatisfaction goods may be returned within 5 days for a full refund.

Fine Tea Merchants Ltd are not liable for post-delivery infestation of product.

To qualify, goods must be of original weight with packaging intact save for sampling purposes.

All teapots/ ceramics are checked prior to dispatch, in the event of any breakages Fine Tea Merchants must be informed within 2 days of arrival.
